Founder & Visionary – Balato
Mariano Balato wasn’t born a visionary entrepreneur, he became one.
He started as an artisan in a working-class neighborhood in Naples, where being a hairdresser wasn’t a strategy, it was survival. Instinct. Craft.
Today, that instinct has evolved into a structured system powering 15 salons, over 200 professionals, and multiple businesses across beauty and lifestyle.
At 25, he opened his first salon as his father closed the historic family one.
What followed wasn’t luck. It was obsession.
Years of experimentation led to a clear, effective method, built to perform, scale, and deliver real results.
Mariano doesn’t chase trends. He builds systems.
After training over 1,000 hairdressers, the expansion became structured, intentional, and fast.

Over the years, he built an international career as a stylist and educator, working across Italy and Europe with some of the most respected brands in the industry.
His journey led him to one of the most iconic stages in the world: Beverly Hills, where he refined his vision in a highly competitive and exclusive environment.
This global experience brought him back to Italy, where he met Mariano Balato.
From that moment, a shared vision turned into a concrete and scalable project, contributing to the growth of Balato as a modern and innovative brand.
Today, Antonio brings to Las Vegas not just his experience,
but a real story, built on courage, vision, and continuous evolution.
Samuel Balato
Color Specialist & Balato Educator
Samuel was born in Naples in 1993 and began his journey in hairstyling at just 14.
Driven by passion from an early age, he moved to Milan at 18 to join the Toni & Guy Academy, where he refined his cutting techniques and built a strong technical foundation.
At 20, he joined the Balato brand, focusing on mastering hair color and developing a deep, hands-on experience within the system.
After seven years of growth and continuous training, he expanded his vision internationally, working in Los Angeles and bringing his artistry to the U.S.
Back in Italy, he played a key role in the expansion of Balato, contributing to the creation of the Balato Academy, the opening of multiple salons across Italy and Spain, and the training of a new generation of hairstylists.
Today, Samuel shares his experience with a clear goal:
helping other professionals grow, refine their skills, and elevate their craft.
